The weekend is coming and there will be a lot of free time to do whatever you want or you can use this time to cook something tasty and extraordinary. This is the list of both sophisticated and easy recipes that will turn your ordinary dinner or breakfast into a dream of gourmet. There will be a couple of meat recipes, some bakery and in order not to offend our vegetarian friends, I prepared a couple of tasty salads. I hope you will enjoy cooking and tasting the meals I’ve selected.

1)                  Roasted chicken breast.

Ingredients needed: 1 kg of chicken breast, spices is up to you (paprika, black powdered pepper, salt, anise, clove, cinnamon, ground fennel seeds, basil etc.), one onion, garlic, sour cream, 3-5 tablespoonsof olive oil and fresh parsley.

First of all, you need to wash the breast while your oven is heating. Make some slight cuts on each piece. Thus, your meat will bake faster from inside. Rub the chosen spices in these cuts. Cut an onion and put it on the breast. Mix garlic and olive oil and rub it in the breast as well. Leave it for a couple of minutes and then bake it for 15-20 minutes in a preheated 400F/200C oven.
